AFICA/DoD – $500M MATOC CONUS/Wright Patterson AFB 

The Air Force Installation Contracting Center (AFICC) awarded a Multiple Award Task Order Contract to AMES 1-DayNight JV for commercial roof replacement, preventative maintenance, corrective repair, and inspection/testing services for United States Air Force (USAF) Active, Guard and Reserve installations, U.S. Army (USA) and U.S. Navy (USN) installations within the Contiguous United States (CONUS) including Alaska. The program will acquire such services for existing USAF facilities on a recurring basis. The program will acquire such services for USA and USN on an as-requested basis. Requirements execution were divided into six geographic regions: West, Midwest, Northeast, Southwest, Southeast and Alaska.

USACE Maxwell AFB/Gunter Annex – $6M SATOC Maxwell AFB/Gunter Annex, AL 

The Mobile District awarded an IDIQ to Chitina-AMES 1 JV for a full range of construction, repairs and design/build, task orders for general construction primarily in supporting the Mobile District’s projects include, but are not limited to new construction, repair of facilities and incidental design and/or a full design of administrative facilities; academic facilities (applied and general instruction); base support and facility maintenance shops; physical fitness centers; vehicle maintenance and engine repair shops; lodging facilities (barracks, dormitories, and officers’ quarters); food service facilities; medical facilities, public safety facilities (police, fire and crash rescue); airfield structures (hangars, air traffic control towers) which may or may not include rigid and flexible paving; firing ranges; range bridge replacement, and research, development and testing facilities. The work also may include obtaining environmental permitting, obtaining building LEED certification, and survey and abatement for lead based paint (LBP) and asbestos containing materials (ACM).

USACE Savannah – $22M SATOC for Construction Fort Bragg, SC 

The Savannah District, USACE awarded a Single Award Task Order Contract (SATOC) for construction intended to provide rapid response for: new construction, upgrades, maintenance or repair of situations relating, site work, interior/exterior finishes, architectural woodwork, electrical, mechanical, plumbing, structural and fire suppression system of Government facilities. Work will be performed at geographic locations include Fort Bragg, Pope AFB, Camp Mackall, Seymour Johnson AFB and the Savannah District AOR. Work includes new construction, renovation, repair and/or upgrades of all permanent structures to include but not be limited to: interior/exterior finishes, electrical systems, mechanical systems, plumbing systems, fire suppression systems, communication systems, renewable energy systems, roofing systems, structural systems, fencing, gates, conduit and cables for security systems, Anti-Terrorism Force Protection systems. 


NOAA – $9.9M SATOC for Construction CONUS 

The National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration awarded AMES 1 this Indefinite-Delivery, Indefinite-Quantity (IDIQ) contract to provide construction services for facility repair, rehabilitation, remodeling for a broad range of renovation and construction work. This IDIQ contract is intended to provide rapid response for construction of real property (i.e., construction projects relating, but not limited to, laboratories, weather forecast offices, administrative offices, docks, piers, public visitor centers and other National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration (NOAA) and Department of Commerce (DOC) facilities). Work will be performed at geographic locations throughout the Southwest Region which consists of California, Nevada, Utah, Arizona, Colorado, New Mexico, Oregon, Idaho, Wyoming, Nebraska, Kansas, Oklahoma, and Texas. The contract may require work at alternate locations throughout the United States, US territories and the Pacific Islands.

Department of Veterans Affairs – SATOC Construction – New Orleans, LA 

AMES 1 was contracted to complete the build out of the Historic Old Dixie Brewery Building located on the New Orleans VA Medical Center in New Orleans Louisiana. The project included task orders to complete repairs to the Main Boilers and Chiller Plant. The work included services for electrical (high and low voltage), mechanical, plumbing, framing, carpentry, spray foam insulation, drywall, painting and flooring installation. Exterior work includes concrete curbs, sidewalks and installation of a Granite Bollard System for Physical Security of the structure. We are also performing commissioning prior to the turn over to the Government.

NAVFAC MIDLANT – $95M Design Build Construction MACC – MID-Atlantic Region 

NAVFAC MIDLANT awarded a MACC for construction primarily consisting of general design-bid-build and design-build type projects. Projects include new construction, demolition, repair, alteration, and renovation of buildings, systems, and infrastructure and may include civil, structural, mechanical, electrical, fire protection, and communication systems. Types of facilities include administrative, industrial, maintenance, warehouses, hangars, communications, personnel support, recreation, lodging, dormitory, medical, training, ranges, roads, etc. in support of Naval Air Station Oceana, Virginia Beach, Joint Expeditionary Little Creek-Ft Story, Virginia Beach/Norfolk, and Naval Weapon Station, Yorktown managed by NAVFAC Mid-Atlantic. The Hampton Roads IPT is an area of responsibility consisting of installations in Chesapeake, Hampton, Newport News, Norfolk, Portsmouth, Suffolk, Virginia Beach, and Yorktown. Work may be required in other areas in the area of responsibility of NAVFAC Mid-Atlantic if deemed necessary and approved by the NAVFAC Mid-Atlantic Chief of the Contracting Office.

The completion date for the basic contract is one (1) year from the date of contract award with four (4) one- year option periods. The total five-year aggregate contract is $95,000,000.00 with estimated task orders between $150,000 and $7,000,000.

NAVFAC MIDLANT JEB Little Creek / Fort Story awarded a $4M, three-year Design-Build (D-B), Design-Bid-Build (D-B-B), Task Order Contract (TOC) to AMES 1 under a Single Award IDIQ Construction Contract for Emergency and General Electrical Construction, Repair and Alterations throughout JEBLCFS and other Naval bases is the Area of Responsibility including Virginia Beach, Wallops Island, Fort AP Hill, and Fort Pickett. Requirements include electrical construction and repair/renovation projects, but are not limited to, new construction, demolition, repair, maintenance, systems and infrastructure associated with electrical systems, installation of new, repair, or extensions to existing high voltage electrical utility distribution systems, medium voltage electrical utility distribution systems, and low voltage electrical distribution systems.

NAVFAC SE – Construction IDIQ – Panama City, FL 

NAVFAC Panama City Naval Support Activity awarded a $4M, three-year Design-Build (D-B), Design-Bid-Build (D-B-B), Task Order Contract (TOC) to AMES 1 for construction services with an emphasis on projects for repairing and replacing rooftops. The NAICS Code that applies to the primary nature of this acquisition is 236220, and task orders are for minor construction projects. There are no particular restrictions or geographical limitations. However, the majority of the work will be performed at the Naval Support Activity (NSA), Panama City, with potential for a small portion at the Naval Operation Support Center (NOSC) at Tallahassee, which is a Naval Reserve Center supported by this office.

Mayport NAS awarded a $4M, three-year Design-Build (D-B), Design-Bid-Build (D-B-B), IDIQ Task Order Contract (TOC) to AMES 1 for construction services. The NAICS Code that applies to the essential nature of this acquisition is 236220, and task orders are for construction projects. The general intention of this contract vehicle is to obtain facilities and public works related construction, repair, and maintenance, including planning and engineering primarily for Naval Station Mayport, Naval Fuel Farm, Jacksonville, Florida, and USMC Blount Island Command. Other locations beyond the defined area may be required under a bilateral agreement.

USACE Memphis – $2M BPA for COVID-19 Decontamination CONUS 

The Memphis District, USACE awarded a Blanket Purchase Agreement to perform environmental cleaning and disinfection of the multiple buildings located within the following cities Anchorage, Alaska; Elaine, Arkansas; Mariana, Arkansas; Buffalo, New York; Galveston, Texas; Memphis, Tennessee; Millington, Tennessee; Norfolk, Virginia; Rock Island, Illinois; Vicksburg, Mississippi; Walla Walla, Washington, and Alexandria, Virginia. The scope requires cleaning by EPA approved disinfectants to clean and wipe all nonporous surfaces in one direction to destroy viruses associated with COVID-19. It also includes the cleaning of HVAC systems.

USACE Tulsa – $2M SATOC for COVID-19 Decontamination – Kansas, Oklahoma, & Texas 

The Tulsa District, USACE awarded a Single Award Task Order Contract (SATOC) for services to perform Environmental Cleaning and Disinfection after a suspected or confirmed case of COVID-19 in a USACE facility located within Kansas, Oklahoma, and Texas. The response was required within 72 hours. Cleaning and disinfecting services were provided under guidance provided by the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) for rooms or common areas where individuals with suspected or confirmed COVID-19 have visited or worked. The contract's objective is to limit the survival of novel coronavirus in critical environments. These guidelines are focused on community, non-healthcare facilities (e.g., schools, institutions of higher education, offices, daycare centers, businesses, community centers) that do not include overnight housing.

USACE Wilmington – Lake Philpott Operations & Maintenance Basset, VA 

The Army Corps of Engineers Wilmington District issued an award of the Operation and Maintenance at the Philpott Lake Project in Bassett, Virginia, to AMES1. The Lake Philpott Project is located in the foothills of the Blue Ridge Mountains in Virginia, with nearly 600,000 visitors annually. It has over 6,000 acres of surrounding land, 3,000 acres of water, and a power plant, which encompass portions of Franklin, Henry and Patrick counties of Virginia. AMES1 is responsible for and will provide all planning, programming, administration, management, supervision, maintenance of accurate and complete records and files, quality control inspection, personnel, materials, supplies, parts, tools, equipment, and vehicles, except as otherwise provided, necessary to operate and maintain the government-owned facilities and equipment for the Philpott Lake Project.

General Services Administration – Operations & Maintenance – Petersburg, AK 

Federal Building. The scope consists of all personnel, labor, equipment, materials, tools, supplies, supervision, management, training/certifications, collection and sorting of refuse, recycling, and bulk trash pick-up, and services. A solid-waste/trash reduction and recycling management program, which is part of providing standard services, includes identifying and properly segregating all recyclable materials, composting materials, and Universal Wastes. Exterior Janitorial Services provides snow removal requirements, which are removing snow and ice from the parking lots, sidewalks, and entrances as required under a Service Order. It also requires annual cleaning, power washing, and sealing the exterior of the building. Also included are some aspects of beautification projects. We ensure that our employees are properly trained, licensed, or certified to operate any necessary building systems or equipment for which licensed or certified personnel Federal, State, or local laws, codes, or ordinances. We have implemented an effective Quality Control Plan (QCP). Also implemented is a green purchasing plan for all products, processes, and equipment, that fully supports our green cleaning plan. We also provide for the requirements for annual carpet cleaning and window cleaning and all other custodian or janitorial service orders.
